Jacket weather- 2nd to none. Ideally a semi-chilly breeze requiring another drink for warmth. Lacking humidity during October, you can see forever.
In any event, assuming there'll be one, it needs to happen!! The Roof, the Roof, - about to ex-pire? (who the helll made that record?)
Parties have been less civil in other places; don't sweat the police! Worst case: noise complaint ticket. Just establish an ad-hoc intercom if they do come again. What? Your regulars wouldn't be of assistance?
I suggest another gathering looking down- any chance?
